3-Month-Old Wake Windows
Most 3-month-olds stay awake about 1 hr 15 min – 2 hr between sleeps. It’s the range the Wake Window app uses for babies aged 3–4 months.
When is your 3-month-old’s next nap?

Getting the time…
Your next nap window will appear in a moment.
At 3 months
At three months the suggested range jumps to 1 hr 15 min – 2 hr. That's a noticeable step up from the 60–90 minutes of the previous months, so it's worth easing into it rather than jumping straight to two hours.
Naps can still be short and uneven at this age. A short nap usually means the next wake window may be on the shorter side too.

Common questions
Should I start at 75 minutes or 2 hours?
Start near the shorter end and watch how your baby does. If they're falling asleep easily and napping well, you can try stretching the window a little.
Does the first wake window of the day differ?
Many parents find the first wake window after the morning wake-up is the shortest of the day. The calculator gives the same typical range for every nap; your baby's cues can fine-tune it.
