10-Month-Old Wake Windows

Most 10-month-olds stay awake about 3 hr – 4 hr between sleeps. It’s the range the Wake Window app uses for babies aged 10–13 months.

At 10 months

At ten months the suggested range moves to 3 hr – 4 hr. This range covers a long stretch, from 10 months through 13 months.

Early in the range, three hours is often plenty. Stretch gradually if your baby is happy and taking a long time to fall asleep.
