1-Month-Old Wake Windows
Most 1-month-olds stay awake about 1 hr – 1 hr 30 min between sleeps. It’s the range the Wake Window app uses for babies aged 1–2 months.

At 1 month
Around one month, many babies start to stay alert a little longer after a feed, and the suggested range steps up from the newborn 30–60 minutes to 60–90 minutes.
Early in the month, the shorter end of the range often fits better. If your baby is showing tired cues at 60 minutes, that's still well within what's typical.

Common questions
Should a 1-month-old stay awake for a full 90 minutes?
Not necessarily. 90 minutes is the longer end of the range. Many 1-month-olds are ready for sleep closer to an hour, especially early in the month.
How do I know when the wake window started?
Count from the moment your baby woke up, not from when you got them up or when the feed started. If you're not sure, use your best guess; a few minutes either way won't change much.
