12-Month-Old Wake Windows
Most 12-month-olds stay awake about 3 hr – 4 hr between sleeps. It’s the range the Wake Window app uses for babies aged 10–13 months.

Getting the time…
Your next nap window will appear in a moment.
At 12 months
At one year, the suggested range is still 3 hr – 4 hr, and many babies sit toward the longer end.
Plenty of children move from two naps to one at some point in the second year, and their wake windows get longer as they do. From 14 months, Wake Window suggests 4 hr – 5 hr 30 min.

Common questions
Is my 12-month-old ready for one nap?
Many children make the move later in the second year. Signs can include regularly skipping or fighting the second nap. If you're unsure, stay with two naps and the 3 hr – 4 hr range a little longer.
Does Wake Window work past 12 months?
Yes. The app's age-based guidance continues to 18 months, and after that you can set your own custom wake window.
