11-Month-Old Wake Windows
Most 11-month-olds stay awake about 3 hr – 4 hr between sleeps. It’s the range the Wake Window app uses for babies aged 10–13 months.
When is your 11-month-old’s next nap?
Next nap window
Getting the time…
Your next nap window will appear in a moment.
At 11 months
Eleven-month-olds are in the middle of the 3 hr – 4 hr range.
Busy days, first steps and changes in routine can all shift how long your baby handles comfortably. If yesterday's timing doesn't work today, start from their actual wake-up time again.

Common questions
Should I push an 11-month-old to stay awake longer?
Not usually. Aim for somewhere in the typical range and follow your baby's cues. Pushing past clear tired signs often leads to a harder time settling.
Why do the nap times move around every day?
Because each nap window is based on when your baby actually woke up. A later morning wake or a short nap shifts everything after it, which is why a calculator is handier than a fixed schedule.
